Dr. Amy Hernandez is now my PCP and I couldn't be happier. She takes her time and lets me ask as many questions as I need to. In looking at the other reviews it appears that some people have had bad customer service, but I've experienced the opposite. Her medical assistant is great too!
In total agreement with Jennifer, the need for customer service skills are lacking
My husband and I have both been in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years, so I think that we know customer service pretty well. These doctors and their staff have ZERO soft skills and absolutely don't care about their patients at all. I will detail my experience later when I'm not so pissed off.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my new patient appointment. Evidently, if you are less than 30 minutes early your appointment will be cancelled. I received two text messages and one email confirming my appointment time as 1:30. Nowhere did it say if I didn't show up at 1:00pm my appointment would be cancelled.
I will look for another doctor.
